1. BROWN COMMITTED SEXUAL MISCONDUCT. Brown perved on Shauna Leary, a 26-year-old female guest in his studio. This reporter saw behind the scenes. Brown admits to talking "nookie" to underage girls. Run off the bench in Tennessee for MISCONDUCT in 1998, Brown is recognized nowhere as a "judge of record." He is not even qualified as an arbitrator in the state of California. However, he does qualify as con artist.

THE FAKE JUDGE LIED TO THE REAL JUDGE. Brown claimed that "nookie" and "G-string" and "rubbing legs" were not sexual! He also claimed that Shauna never said, "Hey, that's not right. Don't do that!" Lying indicates CONSCIOUSNESS OF GUILT.
